University of Columbia 
Project consisted of the expansion of the existing cooling plant capacity requiring and expansion of the central plant building, the addition of a new 300 ton chiller and new cooling tower, new pumps, new piping and associated new electrical improvements. Project also included removing many air-handling units located on multiple floors of a five story building and replacing them with three new roof mounted energy recovery units. Also related to the air handling unit work was the replacement of two existing air-handling units with one new air-handling unit. Worked 9,500 man-hours without a first aid.

We’ve been behind the scenes keeping utilities functioning properly allowing for a comfortable learning and working environment. Replacing roof top units, boilers, steam piping and HVAC units has kept WMC as a preferred Mechanical contractor across southwest Missouri.
